AIO Logic is a financial technology company offering AI-powered solutions to automate, integrate, and optimize commercial lending and structured finance. AXIS by AIO Logic is our end-to-end, AI-powered loan origination, servicing, and management platform, and the only solution capable of automating the complex requirements of commercial lending and structured finance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the platform delivery manager overseeing new client deployments, including management of the project plan, schedule, and budget.
  • Regularly interact with the client, providing daily/weekly updates on the status of the deployment.
  • Manage the budget, team workload, and help prioritize tasks to create a successful delivery of the AIO Platform.
  • Clearly translate the Client’s requirements into PBIs with refined acceptance criteria.
  • Identify issues or potential issues and action a response.
  • Sets ambitious but realistic goals, and productively challenges others to do the same.
  • Proactively defines appropriate communication mechanisms, like reporting and status updates, for their domain and ensures follow-through.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of consulting or project management experience and 2+ years of client delivery or SaaS experience.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, as well as a consultative/collaborative style.
  • Must be willing to own outcomes and hold others accountable in a productive way.
  • Must be obsessively organized.
  • Experienced in managing project budgets, keeping hours on track to the SOW, reporting on project status, and managing long-term client relationships to ensure customer success is REQUIRED
  • Experience in commercial finance, lending, or Fintech a plus.
  • Skilled at leading small teams (typically 3-5 team members consisting of data architects, data engineers, application developers, business intelligence professionals, etc.) using Agile/Scrum methods is REQUIRED
  • Agile/Scrum and/or project management professional certifications are a plus but not required.
